The dollar exchange rate decreased by 4.75 kopecks to 90.01 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate increased by 21.5 kopecks to 98.65 rubles.
In turn, the yuan exchange rate remained unchanged and amounted to 12.6 rubles.
